The Diocese of Savannah would like to cordially invite your company/parish to exhibit your resources at our diocesan-wide homecoming celebration. The theme for the event is “One in the Spirit” and it will be held at the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry, Georgia on Saturday, November 1, 2008 from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM. This celebration is for everyone involved or interested in the Catholic faith with a focus on celebrating our faith and reaching out to those who have left the Catholic faith.
Throughout the day, from 9 AM to 7 PM, Catholic vendors will be available at tables in the McGill Building at the fairgrounds to sell books and other merchandise. The McGill Building has 40,000 sq. feet of vendor space. In addition to the vendors, in the McGill Bldg., food service will be available. Vendors may set up their tables the day before the event, Friday, October 31 between 2 & 5 PM or on November 1 beginning at 8 AM.
The cost for one vendor area is as follows:

• For parishes $50.00
• For vendors $250.00
• Electricity is available for an additional $25.00.
• Check are to be made out to the Diocese of Savannah

A vendor area includes a 10’ X 10’ space with a blue piped drape, 1-8 ft. banquet table with table cloth and skirt.
