Neighbors in Need/St. Clare's Center
- Soup kitchen, thrift shop, food pantry and emergency financial assistance
- Birth certificate and ID procurement
- Financial literacy programs: taking control of personal finances through budgeting, ways to spend less, avoiding money traps and organizing finances
- Monthly speaker on senior health issues or other topics (including Senior Driver Safety Classes); blood pressure checks, plus refreshments and fellowship
- Assistance with setting up an apartment for the first time or after an emergency (fire, flooding) with kitchen items, bedding etc.
- Assistance for adults being re-trained for new jobs/careers with registration, book fees or work clothing
- Assistance with new school uniforms
- Prescriptions: assistance with accessing programs available for long-term prescription needs through pharmaceutical companies; co-pay assistance through the local mental health facility; emergency financial assistance with prescriptions

- Bus passes for medical, legal, educational and employment-related needs
- Adult counseling for individuals or couples
- Food assistance for local families and individuals
- Medical assistance: prescription drugs; medical supplies; low-income clinic co-pays; emergency dental and optical care
- Birth certificate procurement
- Financial assistance for families who have a utility cut-off notice or have experienced a utility cut-off
- Emergency assistance for families that have been victimized by fire, natural disaster, major illness, or an untimely death in the family
- Vouchers for employment interview clothes and shoes; public transportation for job acquisition or retention
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Glynn County
- Food pantry and thrift store
- Financial assistance with past due utility bills; counseling on budgeting, job search assistance, energy conservation and other relevant topics; prescription assistance
St. Anne Community Outreach
- Provides food and clothing to residents of Muscogee County in great need or in emergency situations.
- Limited financial assistance for utilities, rent and prescriptions, dependent upon the availability of funds.
- Provides items for the care of infants, linens and blankets, fans, items for elderly care, toiletries, small household items and school supplies when available.
Family Advancement Ministries (FAM)
- Direct Services: financial assistance for disconnection/eviction; clothing for newborn–6; maternity clothes; school uniform program; diapers, layettes, car seats, cribs; Christmas assistance for client's children
- Education services: prenatal, parenting, financial, and health and safety classes to empower students to achieve and maintain their goals
- Hispanic Outreach Services: (in addition to all direct services and education listed above) English language classes (ESL); computer classes; community school; basic sewing classes; civics toward citizenship; interpreting services; assistance with applications for foodstamps, Medicaid/Peachcare, WIC, Passports, Matricula Consular, legal referrals, counseling; and the distribution of immigration information

Provides clients with information regarding community resources for assistance, provides emergency food packages and financial assistance for utilities on a limited basis.
Social Apostolate of Savannah
- Emergency grocery assistance
- Clothing for those in a job readiness, substance abuse, or other recognized program as well as for families who have had a home fire or other disaster.
- School uniform vouchers
- Assistance with baby layettes, disposable diapers, wipes and other items (as available) Birth certificates and Georgia IDs: available to Chatham, Bryan and Effingham County residents
- Employment Assistance program: birth certificates; Georgia IDs; computer lab and printing; work shoes/boots and clothing; transportation assistance
- Health assistance: nurse's clinic; medical devices and equipment; transportation to medical appointments; periodic eye clinics
- Emergency prescription assistance (this does not include pain medications, narcotics, mental health drugs, over-the-counter drugs, contraceptives or monthly medications)
St. Francis Center – CSS
Assistance with food, clothing and utility bills for the needy in Lowndes County; thrift shop.
Sacred Heart Christian Service Center
Crisis-oriented assistance to families and individuals in the North Houston County area with basic needs of food, rent, clothing, utilities, prescriptions, etc.
St. Joseph's Loaves and Fishes
Provides food and clothing to anyone in need. Financial assistance for utilities, rent, medicine, and gasoline. Assistance is provided by appointment based on interviews and documented need and availability of funds.
Clients requesting financial help are required to call the outreach number on the first Monday of the month. No appointment is necessary for food and clothing assistance. Interviews to discern and assess appropriate needs are done on Thursday mornings from 10–11:30 AM.
