Marriage Tribunal

Office of the Judicial Vicar

The Tribunal for the Diocese of Savannah ordinarily conducts trials or hears cases that relate to the invalidity of marriages.

This Diocesan Tribunal is the court of the Bishop of the Diocese of Savannah, composed of judicial personnel and directed by the Judicial Vicar, as delegated by the executive authority of the Bishop.

All judicial functions of the Tribunal are done in accordance with Church Law (Canon Law).
